As a People Manager, my job at World Waternet lies with our people. Whether it's making full use of available talents, making sure employees come home safely with only good stories, or getting strategic drives moving to get things organized - it falls within my range of duties. With an MBA in People & Culture, this job was made for me!
In addition to my job in Amsterdam I am proud to be active in our projects too! I focus on HRM, Organisation, Gender, Social Inclusion and Pro Poor. Lastly, I'm also part of the Waternet Works Council.
