Introducing our new board members

We're excited to introduce three fantastic people who have joined our board at World Waternet. Each of them brings a unique mix of experience, expertise, and enthusiasm to our mission of sustainable water cycle management. Let's meet our newest members:

Idzard van Eeghen

Idzard has an impressive background in banking and finance, having held senior positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Bank.  As a member of the managing board at bunq, the Dutch Neo (online) bank, Idzard has shown entrepreneurship, strategic skill and strong leadership. Focusing on audit and risk, he is well-placed to help guide our organization towards greater resilience and success. His experience brings valuable insights to our board.

Joyce de Leeuw

Joyce's dedication to water management and governance is truly inspiring. With extensive experience in public management and a solid academic foundation in international water management, Joyce is a strong advocate for our cause. Her ambitious goals for World Waternet, along with her personal touch and adventurous nature, perfectly reflect the ethos of our organization.

Marjon Reiziger

Marjon's extensive travels and varied experiences across Africa have shaped her into a seasoned leader and bridge-builder. Her expertise in HR management within the water sector, combined with her passion for change management, make her a valuable addition to our board. Marjon's creative approach and commitment to fostering partnerships will be beneficial for World Waternet’s partner strategy.
